I've worked with previous Real Estate Agents and Kina is above them all! She and her team kept me well informed on every step of the sales process! Their recommendation and staging were unbelievable...in the end we had double figure offers which she placed on a spreadsheet for us to see and compare all the offers so we could make the best decision on the best offer! Once selected the process ran smoothly and closed 20 days ahead of the projected closing date.
